Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your very first subscription, you are eligible for a full refund under our guarantee above.

Non-Refundable Situations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@heario.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
