7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Heario within 7 days of your first purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your very first subscription, you are eligible for a full refund under our guarantee above.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the unused months at our discretion — please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Lifetime Licences

Lifetime licences are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, lifetime licences are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase (except annual plans as noted above)
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Requests citing reasons outside our control (e.g. your hardware, internet connection, or OS configuration)

How to Request a Refund

Email jackoreilly10@hotmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
